Purpose:

Re-develop Michigan Central Station to bring people of all walks of life back to the once innovation-filled city. Focusing on artist and intellectual communities, the old train station will transform itself into a world-class leader in entertainment and become a multi-use facility that is booked throughout the year.

Project:

Break up the building into public and private spaces, allowing for the nearly 500,000 square foot space to become profitable with studio space rentals, a hotel with grand ballrooms and the ability for artists and innovators to live, work, and present new ideas and business solutions into the economy.
