Purpose:

Take an existing building and implement solutions to a found problem. 

This was a two-part project, as one was solely research and development, and the second was the implementation of the solution and ability to work through the design process.

Comprehensive design project implementing skills learned throughout my education, as well as finding innovative and smart solutions to complex issues in the built interior environment.

Project:

The capstone project demonstrates my abilities to work through a full scale design project while completing research and articulating design solutions at an exemplary level.  

​

I transformed a dilapidated bank/ office building into a mixed-use facility easily accessible and adaptable to a wide range of users and services.
